Joylander community empowers neurodiverse young adults to build real-world job skills in a supportive, inclusive community. Through hands-on experiences, mentorship, and confidence-building opportunities, we help each individual grow, prepare for employment, and thrive—on their own unique path.
To connect real world business and provide job demonstration and job opportunities for young adults seeking gainful employment.
Day of Joy is a bridge between the world of real work and young people with special needs who are exploring their future.
Our program helps autistic, neurodivergent, and disabled young adults ("Joylanders") find and develop their unique strengths/capabilities. We partner with schools, organizations, and businesses to help Joylanders build skills with hands-on work.
Joylanders are the heart of our organization. We offer a variety of workshops and opportunities for individuals and groups to get involved and gain necessary job and life skills to become successful.
